I'm a Photographer and an Architect from Lisbon, Portugal. From the earliest days of photography, practitioners like me, took their inspiration from life it self, from people and reality as it happens every instant. But as the world also changes every second before our eyes, the established link between alternative art and pure reality interpretation went both ways. So, what is art today? Is there a definition of the pure photography? When i first turned my camera on people rather just places or common landscapes the results were revelatory. I  was so struck by the simple yet poetic final scenes captured that i followed the advice of Eugène Disdéri, who wrote in 1863 that: "It is in the works of the great masters that we must study the simple, yet grand, method of composing a portrait".
